  • Safer on the inside than the outside
  • Overpopulated
  • Several factions
  • Different sectors of the city have their own look and style
  • Water/well/pump is located in the center of the city. (Surrounded by corporate buildings and check points)
  • The Well/Water flow is distributed to several hub sections of the city. (water is extremely valuable during this time/period.
  • Broken waterpipe has flooded the lower part/section of the city. (possibly overgrown and over populated with scavengers and homeless. 
  • High Society - Centre Control - owns water source.
  • Rebuilt city with a fortified wall and defences.
  • Rebuilt city with a water source/well
  • Four - Five main gangs with own distinctive style - architecture, fashion, weapons, (Mobs?)
  • Japanese/Chinese, Russian, Cartel, Rednecks/whitetrash, Irish/gypsy 
  • Misc gangs 
  • Water Supply Issue (Main Goal) Turn Water Back On
  • Gear levels with Rank of  Fighter 
  • Fighter Ranked from 50 
  • Player loses a rank after being defeated by a lower Rank 
  • Certain Fighters come from the different gangs
  • Top level fighters can be the leaders of gangs
  • Basic Advancements in Technology salvaged
